•The Client’s Challenges
‒The client is a US drapery hardware supplier whose products are all manufactured in Guangdong province. The contract with the current OEM is going to expire and the client wants to find a new supplier in Yangtze River Delta.
•Objectives
‒To discover the qualified OEMs in Yangtze River Delta;
‒To evaluate and recommend OEMs that may be potential suppliers to the client.
•Deliverables (4 weeks)
‒Longlist of drapery hardware OEMs in Yangtze River Delta;
‒Reports of on-site visits of selected OEMs;
‒Conduct meetings between the client and recommended OEMs.

‒Basic information collecting of 50 OEMs via telephone calls;
